WHY DENTAL IMPLANTS??

Bridges require cutting of natural adjacent teeth where as dental implant is a titanium screw or post that fuses with jaw bone without damaging adjacent teeth. Dental implant fuses with bone called osseointegration which provide stability. Bridges require cutting of good adjacent tooth structure where as dental implant with its component called an abutment supports the crown making it look like a natural tooth. Dental implants are easy to maintain by brushing and flossing just like your natural teeth.
